If you’re new to Hana’s lash or brow treatments
Hana requires all new clients to come in for a patch test at least 48 hours before any lash lift, lash tint, brow tint, and brow lamination appointment (free of charge). A small amount of the product used in your treatment is applied to the inner arm — this ensures your skin has no adverse reaction to the product before it is applied to your face.
This step is not optional for new clients, and appointments cannot proceed without a completed patch test–review the patch test policy for details. It is a small but important part of how Hana keeps every client safe — and it reflects the care and intention behind everything she does.
02 Wait 48 hours
Monitor the patch test area for any redness, swelling, or irritation over the following 48 hours.

Contact Hana to schedule your patch test — a brief appointment, typically 15 minutes.
03 Attend your appointment
If no reaction occurs, your appointment can proceed as planned.
